We are seeking a Therapist and Care Manager to provide direct clinical and case management services to youth with severe behavioral and emotional difficulties.  This position will provide individual and family therapy, maintain responsibility for monitoring the care plan, develop mental health goals, actively participate in the intake and discharge process, and collaborate closely with internal and external care team members.  Working within a milieu, the Therapist and Care Manager will provide clinical consultation and crisis intervention in the cottage and coordinate the initial and subsequent care planning meetings including internal team members, placement workers, family and any other significant others.

minimum requirements

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Clinical license or license registration through the BBS
• Ability to work collaboratively with members of an interdisciplinary team
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Valid California Driver's license
• Experience working with children
