The Peer Partner will staff and oversee activities at the Drop-In Center, coordinating and facilitating support, recovery, vocational training, and recreational groups and activities and establishing relationships between clients and peer mentors, tutors, family ambassadors and other support staff.   Other duties include meeting with new participants and guiding them through the process of accessing Edgewood services and community resources; helping participants build relationships and share resources; And linking participants to appropriate housing, health, vocational and/or educational resources. 

Minimum Requirements

• A BA is preferred with at least 1 year of experience working with community based services
• Excellent communications are required along with experience working with youth on a one-on-one basis.
