This position contributes to the financial well being of the Agency by overseeing the Agency's public contracts and grant and monitoring all compliance requirements and reporting. Duties include overseeing preparation, review, negotiation and completion of all public contracts and grant proposals in collaboration with the COO/CFO, Director of Information Management and program management; coordinating agency audits, program reviews, certifications and accreditations in collaboration with the Director of Information Management and all relevant department program management; monitoring all agency compliance requirements and submits necessary reports and documentation; and reconciling EPSDT units with counties on a regular basis to ensure that there is no discrepancy with agency billing records.
minimum requirements
- A BA/BS is required; a concentration in business or non-profit management is preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in contract management is required.
- Proven ability to critically review and understand complex contract language and requirements is essential.
- Working knowledge of Medi-Cal billing procedures and terminology preferred.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
