We are looking for a part time (20 Hours) Community Health "Helathy Kin" Nurse for our Kinship program in San Mateo County. This position implements and coordinates all projects related to the health and education of Edgewood's San Mateo County youth and seniors. The incumbent will oversee on-going health workshops for clients, community and staff and act as a preceptor for nursing students under the direction of the Director of Nursing. This position will communicate, refer and collaborate on an on-going basis with program manager, medical directors, nurses, community workers, and other intra-agency service providers.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must possess a valid California license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are preferred.
• Ability to work with Access for nursing documentation.
• Knowlesge of San Mateo County community health resources is required.
