Edgewood is looking for a Clinician to provide therapeutic services which may include therapy (family, individual, group), case management, assessment, advocacy, treatment, planning and coordination for assigned clients and families. Duties include systematically assessing all kinship children for exposure to violence and identify their needs; Performing timely and comprehensive community and clinic based assessments to determine diagnosis, individual and family strengths and develop an initial plan of care; Completing billing, charting and required paper work in a timely manner billing activities as needed; And participating/coordinating family conferences for development and review of treatment plans.

Minimum Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work
• Clinical license or license eligible (registered with the BBS)
• Experience working with children and families that have been or are involved in issues relating to violence and/or abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, and neglect)
• Knowledge of San Mateo community health resources
• Excellent verbal, written and consultation skills is essential
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
