Case Manager

About the Position

This position functions as case manager for client families in the home setting, providing appropriate support services.  This position also requires familiarity with the needs of relative caregivers, preferably as a consumer, as well as a commitment to and competence in dealing with children and families.  Both oral & written communication skills will be required for written reports, working as a team member & interacting with members of the community.  Proven problem-solving skills are a must.  Since this position will be working with a wide variety of families from different backgrounds, cultural competency is required. 

Mininum Requirements

  • A BA is preferred; however, experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
  • This position requires initiative; the ability to work independently and as part of a team will serve this position well. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
