This position will provide therapeutic services which may include therapy (family, individual, group), case management, assessment, advocacy, treatment planning and coordination for assigned clients and families.  Other duties include completing billing, charting and required paper work in a timely manner billing activities as needed; participating in family conferences for development and review of treatment plans; maintaining confidential health records for SMCATC clients/families that are in compliance with the San Mateo County Mental Health Regulations; and working collaboratively with other agencies involved with assigned clients/families. 

Minimum Qualifications

• A master’s degree is required along with a clinical license or license eligibility
• Candidates should have experience working with children and families that have been or are involved in issues relating to abuse.
• Excellent verbal, written and consultation skills are essential.
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
