This position functions as case manager for client families in the home setting, providing appropriate support services.  This position also requires familiarity with the needs of relative caregivers, preferably as a consumer, as well as a commitment to and competence in dealing with children and families.  Both oral & written communication skills will be required for written reports, working as a team member & interacting with members of the community.  Proven problem-solving skills are a must.  Since this position will be working with a wide variety of families from different backgrounds, cultural competency is required. 

Minimum requirements

•  A BA is preferred; however, experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
• This position requires initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in Spanish is required.
