We are seeking a Behavior Coach to join Turning Point, a program which serves as the primary source of Wraparound services in San Mateo County. Turning Point provides a culturally sensitive, family centered, strengths-based and needs driven model of care, in which clients identify their needs and strengths and work with their care teams as equal partners.

The Behavior Coach will maintain supervision of assigned children, helping them follow through in the implementation of their treatment plans. Duties include assisting an assigned child with basic cleaning and grooming skills and helping them with other areas of their development. This position must ensure the health and safety of assigned clients, and as needed, assigning limits consistent with their plan of care. 

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience working with At Risk youth and families
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• A CA Driver's License
• Ability to work on weekends
