This position provides programmatic and clinical oversight and supervision to intensive services programs, including Residential, Community Based, Wrap and Afterschool Programs.  

Minimum Requirements    

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field

• Clinical License and Two years post licensure required
  

• Experience with DSM-IV diagnosing, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and case management

• Strong assessment and evaluation skills

• Knowledge of individual, group and family therapy practices

• Supervisory experience (at least one year) 

• 3 years of clinical work experience in a therapeutic setting with children, youth and families that have been or are involved in issues relating to abuse (verbal, physical, sexual, and neglect)

• Awareness of substance abuse issues and how they impact a family system

• Demonstrated ability in working collaboratively with individuals and groups

• Excellent verbal, written and consultation skills 

• Awareness of and sensitivity to multicultural issues

• Valid CA Drivers License
