The Edgewood Training Program offers free, high quality training opportunities open to Edgewood employees and the greater human services community serving youth and their families.
Our training program originates from an organizational culture that values professional growth and education. Our leadership acknowledges the value of the investment in training and encourages the continuous refinement of skills in order to provide the highest quality of services to the populations that we serve.
Our lectures, workshops, and seminars support a range of learning styles. In partnership with the Edgewood Research Institute and external sources, the trainings strive toward empirically-based best practices geared toward improving the effectiveness of our programs with the ultimate goal of increasing the positive outcomes of those participating in our services.
Trainings are conducted by experts in the field working within Edgewood and out in the community. Edgewood is approved to offer continuing education units (CEU’s) by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. To learn about our MFT and LCSW intern program, please contact us for more information.
Our Training Calendar below outlines the program schedule and the descriptions of our classes. You are welcome to RSVP and take advantage of the excellent training offered by the Edgewood Training Program. We look forward to learning with you.
