Donor Profile - Graeme Hanson

Local child psychiatrist, Graeme Hanson, MD has been a strong supporter of Edgewood since 1995. Dr. Hanson launched a formal partnership between Edgewood and UCSF Langley Porter Psychiatric Institute to train 1% of the child psychiatry residents nationwide. This partnership continues to this day and would not have been possible without Dr. Hanson’s dedication and belief in the quality of services that Edgewood provides to the San Francisco Bay Area’s most vulnerable. Acting upon the values and philosophies that has guided his entire professional career, Dr. Hanson has included Edgewood in his estate plan. Dr. Hanson’s legacy gift ensures that this very critical partnership will continue in perpetuity.
