The holiday season can be a particularly difficult time for those served by Edgewood. Many of our children find the holidays to be a sad and lonely time because of painful events that took place during their young lives, or because they have no family to celebrate with now.
Furthermore, many of our clients come from low-income families and communities where basic necessities are barely affordable and even the simplest of luxuries, such as a new pair of shoes, are out of the question.
Please consider sharing the warmth and happiness of the holiday season with some of the Bay Area’s neediest children and families.

Participate in the Edgewood Toy Drive
Our children come from families that are either absent or cannot afford to purchase gifts. Help make their holiday wishes come true by donating to a specific child, or consider donating some of the most commonly requested items. Click here for more information...
Contribute to the Holiday Hope Fund
Cash donations will specifically support holiday festivities – mainly for the duration of this holiday season – but will also sustain holidays throughout the New Year, such as birthdays, cultural celebrations, and graduations. Click here to donate now...
Donate Gift Wrapping Supplies
Your donations of wrapping paper, gift bags, gift tags, and scotch tape will help us ensure that each gift is individually wrapped and beautifully personalized, so our children can enjoy the surprise and thrill of receiving their gifts. Don’t Forget the Batteries
Help us ensure that every child is able to enjoy their gift upon the excitement of opening it. Please consider donating AA, AAA, and D size batteries (rechargeable preferred) with your battery powered toy donation. Contact the Development Department, 415.682.3149, to schedule a drop-off time.
Volunteer
